Our changeover day is Friday. We do not offer rental periods of less than a week or in multiples of days which don't constitute whole weeks during the high season. We may accommodate short stays outside peak times.

Booking
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking and the remainder of the full payment at least 8 weeks before the holiday commencement date. £100 refundable breakages deposit is also required at the time of settlement of the balance. Departure time no later than 10am, and arrivals after 4pm please.
Torbay View is a strictly no smoking premises. It is our policy not to allow dogs at the apartment.
We do not accept responsibility nor have insurance for guests' personal belongings and strongly advise that you take out your own insurance cover for your stay.
We regret we cannot make any refunds if cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your stay unless the week can be re-sold.
